Vintage Cadillac Prismatic Hand Painted License Plate

I'm not sure when this was made, if I had to guess I'd say sometime in the 70/80s just based on who I got it from. It is a blank prismatic sticker over a plastic plate. The Cadillac and emblem were hand painted/pin striped. 2 of the mounting holes have been used, overall plate is in good condition. See pictures.
